Please follow these instructions for the measurements needed to file a body impression claim:

Tie a weight at both ends of a string that is the width of your bed plus 10 inches.
Put the string across the bed in the middle of the perceived defect with the weights at either side of the bed keeping the string taught as a straight edge. With a ruler measure the lowest part of the impression not including any decorative stitching or decorative indentations that were originally part of the manufacturing process. Now please take 1 photo showing the depth of the impression.
Send the second photo of the entire top of the bed with the string or straight edge across it and the measuring device clearly shown in the same place as the first photo and with the same measurement shown, this photo is more panoramic make sure the whole mattress is visible and the measuring device also visible.
You must send a third photo of the boxspring uncovered and a fourth photo of the frame it sits on with the boxspring off the frame. Make sure all photos submitted are clear and show any possible defect and/or support system used. Photos that are not clear will have to be resent. All four photos must be as asked for so a warranty claim can be submitted to the manufacturer.
If you do not send photos as asked for no claim can be submitted to the manufacturer.
